Job Description 1.\- Send engine shutdown commands to units 2.\- It is your responsibility to verify the complete lockdown of the fleet and trailers on weekends. 3.\- It is your responsibility to verify that panic buttons and power cutoff switches on the units are functioning properly. 4.\- It is your responsibility to verify that route schedules are being followed, as well as ensuring assigned custodies are fulfilled. 5.\- It is your responsibility to notify your immediate supervisor of any incident occurring with any unit; as well as to report and investigate such incidents. ***Functions:*** 1.\- Phone and GPS tracking of units. 2.\- Provide assistance and communication with operators via phone. 3.\- Provide continuous status and incident reports to Account Executives. 4.\- Incident reporting. 5.\- Confirm deliveries with operators. 6.\- Upon taking the position, you must locate all units on the satellite map, verifying their presence at customer sites or in yards. 7.\- Follow up on unit activities. 8.\- Maintain an active monitoring log. 9.\- Timely departures and arrivals at customer locations. 10.\- Weekend operations follow-up. 11.\- Preparation of waybills.
