We are hiring Sales Quoters to join our team. **Requirements:** **Technical Knowledge** * Industrial sector knowledge: Familiarity with products such as pipes, valves, fittings, and other components for industrial applications is desirable. * Quotation and management software proficiency: Proficiency in tools such as ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, and quotation software to generate proposals and track orders. **Commercial Skills** * Consultative selling: Ability to identify customer needs. * Quotation development: Preparation of accurate pricing proposals based on updated prices, commercial terms, delivery timelines, and inventory availability. **Administrative Management** * Comprehensive order tracking: Monitoring the entire order lifecycle—from receipt through to delivery—ensuring timeliness and service quality. **Interpersonal Skills** * Clear and effective communication: Ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, conveying information accurately and promptly. * Customer service orientation: Focus on customer satisfaction—addressing inquiries, clarifications, and managing changes to quotations and orders quickly and effectively. * Teamwork: Close collaboration with other departments including warehouse, logistics, and administration to ensure smooth order management. **Professional Profile** * Academic background: Studies in technical, commercial, or related fields. \- High school diploma, incomplete bachelor's degree. * Problem-solving ability: Capability to manage conflicts and provide solutions when issues or delays arise during the sales or product delivery process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer support * Preparing and sending quotations * Preparing sales orders * Requesting cost estimates from suppliers * Tracking sales orders **We Offer:** Opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment.
