Builds strong relationships with customers by providing follow-up and support. **Job Description** Support and participation in administrative activities (reporting, data entry, customer and supplier communication) and operational activities (bookings, pre-alerts, deliveries, ensuring proper invoicing, etc.) First point of contact for customers, responsible for managing and operating the entire shipment cycle: ocean, land. Inventory validation and control **Responsibilities** · Quotations and/or tariff updates · Communication with origin agents / suppliers · Conduct administrative data analysis and reporting, as well as any administrative processes required by the company for proper operations · Provide support to resolve issues related to container release and customs clearance performed by the company. · Coordinate shipments to meet all customer requirements: reserve approvals, process pre-alerts, execute deliveries, ensure proper invoicing, etc. o Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries/arrivals o Track shipments oo Share accurate and real-time information with customers and carriers, and fulfill their requests with a sense of urgency · Collaborate with our external agents to ensure efficiency, excellent customer service, and problem resolution. · Build strong customer relationships by responding promptly and following up on problem resolution. **Education:** · Completed Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related field · Intermediate English (conversational and written) **Experience:** Experience in freight forwarding **Key Attributes:** \- Service-oriented attitude \- Effective communication \- Proactivity \- Teamwork \- Attention to detail · Microsoft Office \- Excel (intermediate) · Critical thinking and problem-solving skills · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines · Written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service (customer interaction and focus on their needs) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you hold a completed Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or a related field?
