What will you do with us? Supervise compliance with quality procedures across all operational areas. Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits. Identify, record, and track non-conformities and corrective actions. Train operational staff on quality topics, good practices, and applicable regulations. Manage documentation for the quality management system (manuals, procedures, forms). Prepare quality reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and root cause analyses. Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Biochemistry, or related field. No prior experience required (basic conceptual knowledge required).
