We are an automotive group, seeking a Receptionist. Objective: Answer and route incoming switchboard calls, as well as receive clients, suppliers, and other visitors to the dealership, ensuring they are properly attended to. Main responsibilities: * Greet and welcome customers arriving at the dealership to identify the purpose of their visit. * Collect customer information, assign them to APVs according to shifts, and register them in the corresponding system. * Maintain statistical records to track daily visitor counts and log passes assigned to each advisor on daily duty. * Attend to and direct agency visitors promptly and efficiently. * Receive and manage switchboard calls, routing them to the appropriate department, as well as take messages when necessary. Verify order and cleanliness of floors, restrooms, and access areas to ensure proper presentation and image for customers. * Administer customer satisfaction surveys upon vehicle delivery to gather feedback regarding service and attention received. * Monitor the dealership's complaints and suggestions mailbox, record entries, and forward them to Marketing for follow-up.
