REQUIREMENTS * Handling high volumes of returns and processing them efficiently. * Timely follow-up on claims until resolution. * Maintaining traceability of returns. * Effective coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders. * Optimization of costs associated with managing returned products. * Implementation of process improvements with significant impact on cost and efficiency. KNOWLEDGE IN: * Managing and tracking claims and returns on Marketplace platforms. * Preparing analysis and follow-up reports on issued claims. * Analyzing causes of returns and proposing corrective actions to reduce incidents. * Validating and reconciling inventory data, shipping labels, refunds, and adjustments. * Managing evidence (photos, reports, documents) to support claims. * Coordinating with internal departments (warehouse, CX, and finance). * Monitoring key return indicators (SLA, claim rate, effective returns). * Ensuring compliance with reverse logistics policies and procedures established by each Marketplace. * Participating in continuous improvement of return processes and operational control. * Analyzing return data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to manage the flow of returned products. * Generating performance reports and key metrics on the reverse logistics process. * Collaborating with Technical Service to identify defective and/or damaged products from returns. *SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE IN:* * Knowledge of Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart, Coppel platforms. * Intermediate level of Excel and data analysis. * Knowledge of Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart, Coppel platforms. * Intermediate level of Excel and data analysis.
