Employment Type: Full-time Requirements: \- Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery route planning and execution, as well as supervision of operational teams such as drivers. \- Strong sense of urgency, organized, and possessing effective communication skills to efficiently coordinate daily logistics operations. \- Planning and assignment of shifts, breaks, workloads, and task compliance tracking. \- Knowledge and application of safety and hygiene standards for handling heavy cargo and in maneuver yards. \- Specific industry experience (construction materials): \- Understanding of delivery timelines and logistical requirements in the construction sector (private projects, public works, residential developments, etc.). \- Efficient coordination of on-site deliveries (understanding time restrictions, access limitations, special unloading procedures). \- Technical and administrative skills: \- Proficiency with technological tools such as Excel, Google Maps, Waze, and logistics management software (ERP, TMS, etc.). \- Reading and interpretation of transportation documents: invoices, delivery notes, loading and delivery orders. \- Experience in fleet management: scheduling maintenance, insurance, logbook reviews.
