A company powered by our people.**Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum education: Completed high school * Minimum 1 year of recent yard operations experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, and graphical analysis) * Availability to work according to operational schedule **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Maintain and ensure a minimum yard IRA rate of 98% (system vs. physical unit count) * Conduct regular yard walkthroughs for operational validation * Perform physical unit counts * Reconcile physical inventory against system records * Prepare unit and trailer status reports * Timely notify customer transportation teams of incidents involving drivers or transport lines * Manage and control loading/unloading documentation for units Work Schedule: 6 working days and 2 days off * 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. * 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. * 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Work Location: San Martín Obispo**We Offer:** -------------- * $13,272 monthly gross salary. * Permanent employment. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * 10% food vouchers. * Major Medical Expense Insurance. * 13% savings fund contribution. * Other additional benefits.
