A major storage and distribution company in Mexico is seeking: ***JUNIOR PAYROLL ANALYST*** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (intern or graduate). * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll or HR administration roles. * Knowledge of weekly payroll processes or tax calculations; basic-to-intermediate proficiency in NOI (data entry, e-invoicing, credit updates, transactions); IMSS: salary types, Base Salary for Contributions (SBC), affiliation transactions (IDSE); basic weekly ISR calculation using withholding tables; Infonavit credit: discount factors, credit types (VSM, UMAs, percentage); Fonacot: validation and control of deductions; basic SUA usage. * Excel: filters, tables, macros. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Support in preparing the weekly pre-payroll (validation of concepts and calculations, without incident data entry). * Validation of earnings, deductions, and concepts entered by HR. * Review of Infonavit and Fonacot credit deductions and their updates in NOI. * Support in employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications in IDSE. * Review and support in calculating IMSS contributions via SUA (Junior level). * E-invoicing of CFDI payroll receipts in NOI and delivery to employees. * Preparation and submission of weekly payroll reports to Accounting (cost centers). * Support in preparing severance and settlement documents. * Follow-up on employee inquiries regarding payments, maintaining respectful communication. * Filing, control, and safekeeping of payroll-related documents. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position. * Weekly payments. * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment with the company. * Life insurance. * Grocery vouchers. * Emotional salary. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM** **Work Location: FRANCISCO I.
