Comprehensive management of sales and daily pharmacy operations. **JOB MISSION** Ensure sales by providing an excellent attitude and customer service through compliance with protocols and operational procedures, both on the sales floor and at the counter; promote the variety of products offered by the pharmacy while ensuring a pleasant and clean environment. **MORNING SHIFT** **Education** * Completed secondary school **Experience** * Point-of-sale experience (6 months) * Cash handling (6 months) * Customer service (6 months) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure proper customer service, sales, and cash handling processes—cash handling may be conducted via terminals or in cash—while guaranteeing correct change, issuance of the corresponding receipt, and delivery of the purchased product to the customer. * Stock shelves and display cases with appropriate products for each pharmacy section to facilitate product visibility and accessibility for customers. * Conduct blind inventory at the start of the work shift according to service standards and protocols. * Open the cash register and ensure correct application of service protocols and operational procedures. * Open the pharmacy daily punctually to ensure customers receive service in a clean environment and through a proper sales process. **Knowledge** * Sales and Customer Service * Inventory Management * Commercial and Operational Management * Administrative Management Salary: $9,583\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
