Perform various statistical analyses for the development and implementation of origination strategies aimed at minimizing losses due to fraud. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate with countries the development and monitoring of fraud prevention strategies using machine learning models, as well as analytics to identify fraud patterns. Implement strategies into origination systems to mitigate losses from first-party and third-party fraud, as well as credit abuse. * Generate statistical analyses for the design of strategies, models, and/or segmentations to prevent fraud in the origination of various retail products. * Develop metrics for decision-making, timely monitoring and tracking, and generate reports with representative fraud indicators for each product to ensure effectiveness and optimize usage. * Periodic analysis of strategies/products to redesign and adjust them according to identified fraud patterns. * Document fraud prevention policies to ensure proper execution and positive outcomes during internal audits. * Support the implementation of tools that help identify potential frauds promptly, as well as identify improvement areas for existing tools. * Identify business needs and opportunities to focus on risk-based strategies that contribute to achieving organizational objectives. * Interact with key departments within the product lifecycle and other internal teams dedicated to fraud prevention. **Experience:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Applied Mathematics. * Language: Advanced English * Experience handling databases and statistical software. * Strong knowledge of statistics. * Experience in fraud, retail credit risk (bank or financial institution) * Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, SAS, Python. **We Offer:** * Direct indefinite contract with the bank. * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Growth opportunities Work Area: Miguel Hidalgo Borough \*\*We are an inclusive company that respects diversity and does not discriminate in any way\*\* \*\*Under no circumstances do we require pregnancy or HIV tests\*\* We value the unique skills and experiences each individual brings to the bank and are committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive and accessible environment for everyone.
