**Financial Planning Analyst** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field, completed * Experience: 2 years in the same position * Knowledge: Accounting, Finance, Profitability Analysis, Budget Control, Financial Modeling, Monthly Closing, Costing and Pricing Generation, Budget Management * Systems: **Advanced Excel and SAP** **Responsibilities:** * Generate, analyze and monitor KPIs across all departments * Prepare the monthly Profit and Loss (P\&L) closing * Develop and track drivers * Provide support to various departments to understand variances in results and expenses versus budget * Generate inventory comparisons across different business units * Produce off-book accounting information * Deliver information required for internal or external audits * Verify budgets with each department * Identify spending and business needs for each area in Mexico and Spain **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: **$27,000** * Statutory benefits (vacations and IMSS) * Year-end bonus: 30 days * Vacation bonus: 50% * Grocery vouchers: 10% * Savings fund: 13% * Savings box * Private medical insurance (SGMM) * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm * Work location: El Trébol, Tepotzotlán
