**Capital Empresarial Horizonte, Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking:** .NET and SQL Support Engineer **To work in Guadalajara** **On-site work arrangement** **Technical Requirements** * **Proven experience with .NET (C\#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).** * **Proficiency in SQL Server: advanced queries, stored procedures, triggers, indexes, and optimization.** * **Knowledge of IIS, Windows services, and application deployment.** * **Experience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps or similar).** * **Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP) and client\-server architectures.** **Main Responsibilities** * Address, analyze, and resolve incidents related to .NET applications (C\#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core). * Perform queries, analysis, and adjustments on SQL Server databases. * Monitor application and database performance, identifying areas for improvement. * Provide second- and third-level support for internal systems and critical platforms. * Document procedures, solutions, and applied changes. * Participate in deployments, testing, and technical validations. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement corrective or evolutionary improvements. * Analyze logs, trace errors, and propose effective solutions. **We offer:** Office Hours 100% payroll arrangement Salary open to negotiation based on experience Statutory Benefits Enhanced Benefits (family SGMM, SV 1 million, food vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
