Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Cashier to supervise teams, process transactions, organize merchandise, and deliver excellent customer service in an active environment. We are \#EquipoJOI! **POSITION: SENIOR CASHIER, TOWN CENTER NICOLAS ROMERO** What Will You Do Daily? As a Senior Cashier, you will perform various activities to ensure the store looks immaculate and ready to welcome our customers, as well as supervise and guide a team to achieve results. Your main responsibilities will include: · Processing product payments at checkout lines and performing cash register closings. · Performing sales floor tasks such as price changes, merchandise organization, shelf and product cleaning. · Delivering and promoting outstanding customer service by providing assistance or making sales on the sales floor, as well as addressing customer feedback or recommendations. · Store opening or closing. · Unloading products arriving from the Distribution Center. · Participating in developing action plans for store objectives. · Administrative tasks such as receiving suppliers, handling cash, entering merchandise into the system, and managing shrinkage. · Maintaining and cleaning common areas. · Leading compliance with company policies and processes.
