**We are looking for a Junior Lawyer - Recovery** **Location:** 5 minutes from Plaza Patria **Main responsibilities** * Analysis and management of credit files. * Telephone, residential, transit, and RPP investigations. * Physical verification of addresses and debtor location. * Preparation and execution of legal proceedings (summonses, seizures, and vehicle detention). * Registration and tracking of actions in the internal system (Progress Control). * Execution of extrajudicial collections and direct negotiation with clients for debt recovery. * Submission and execution of letters rogatory. * Procedures before courts and corresponding authorities. * Travel within the assigned coverage area. **Required profile** * Knowledge of commercial legislation: * **Commercial Code, LGTOC, and Federal and State Civil Procedure Codes.** * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (driver or chauffeur). * Availability to travel. * High level of organization, professional ethics, and results-oriented mindset. **Economic offer** * Base salary according to experience. * **Working hours** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * With 2 hours for lunch * **Half-day on one Friday per month** ### **Benefits and perks** * Major Medical Expenses Insurance. * Life insurance upon completion of one year with the organization. * Job stability and continuous professional development.
