Generation and delivery of qualified opportunities **Job Description** A company in the construction and finishing sector is seeking a Field Prospector to identify new business opportunities in Mérida and surrounding areas. This position focuses on detecting potential customers and active construction projects. It does not involve quoting or final negotiations. The primary responsibility is to generate and deliver qualified information to the sales team. **Responsibilities** * Conduct field sweeps to identify active projects and works. * Identify potential contractors, developers, and end consumers. * Perform initial outreach and collect key project information. * Systematically register and report prospects. * Deliver qualified opportunities to the sales area leader. **Required Profile** * Experience in fieldwork (sales, promotion, surveys, prospecting, or similar). * Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Organizational ability and discipline to work toward targets. * Personal transportation. * Basic knowledge of the Mérida area and surrounding regions. **Compensation Structure** * Base salary of 11,000.00 MXN gross * Additional support of 4,000.00 MXN base for the first 3 months * Total of 15,000.00 MXN gross * Monthly lead-based bonuses of up to 10,000.00 MXN * Statutory benefits * Fuel allowance * Hybrid position; branch visits are infrequent Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
