Objective: Drive sales growth and increase visibility and positioning of the specialized pharmacy, as well as health products for kidney disease, diabetes, and hypertension within the assigned area. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in health sciences, marketing, or related fields * Experience in sales and customer service Key Responsibilities: * Implement promotional strategies to boost sales of specialized products * Maintain constant communication with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient inventory management of specialized products * Conduct personalized medical visits aimed at guiding patients toward our services, using sales strategies and tools to achieve prescription referrals * Negotiate and coordinate promotional campaigns with medical groups, leading physicians, and clinics * Prepare detailed reports on activities carried out in their area, including results and opportunities for improvement * Support the commercial coordinator in executing projects, campaigns, and other activities related to the promotion and sale of specialized products * Prospect new prescribers and customers * Ensure proper management of their customer portfolio Benefits: * Transportation allowance * Base salary + variable incentive from 2,000 to 7,000 * Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Company cell phone * Company tablet Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
