Planning and supervision of work teams and operators National Leading Company in Logistics Solutions seeks, due to expansion: **Traffic and Logistics Coordinator** Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Transportation, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Administration (completed) * Experience: 2 years in this role with personnel management responsibilities. * Knowledge: Supply chain, vehicle types, route calculation software, ERP \- WMS, and Office * Competencies: Decision-making, Effective Communication, Quality and Continuous Improvement, Planning and Organizational Skills, Goal Management and Achievement. * Satellite tracking * Route optimization strategy Responsibilities: * Ensure availability of transportation equipment for customer service deliveries. * Recover documents properly signed and stamped by the customer. * Track shipments to final destination. * Systematically perform supervision and monitoring activities for operational units, recording observation results in a logbook and evaluating compliance against customer requirements. * Plan work teams, coordinating operator roles according to customer needs and verifying that staff meet the customer’s safety requirements. * Timely address operator requests for units, coordinating and controlling equipment based on their location and availability. * Supervise operator compliance with customer-established safety measures, as well as with policies set by both the customer and the company. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly net salary * Monday to Friday, 09:00\-12:00 /// Saturdays, 09:00\-12:00 * Statutory benefits from day one Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
