Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive operator eager to work as part of a team to operate compactors, load materials, and maintain a clean work area, with availability for rotating shifts. Year-end bonus and vacation benefits. 5% bonus for working outdoors. 8% bonus for night shift. **Schedules and Shifts:** **Saturday to Tuesday (covers rest days across all 3 shifts):** Morning: 6:00 am \- 2:00 pm; Afternoon: 2:00 pm \- 10:00 pm; Night: 10:00 pm \- 6:00 am **Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday:** Fixed shift from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Mid-week day off. **Your Responsibilities:** Operate the cardboard compactor. Arrange, load, and unload materials. Handle the hydraulic pallet jack. Keep your work area clean. Support required operational activities. Time availability. **Requirements:** Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Availability to work rotating shifts and on weekends.
