We are seeking a results-oriented **Driver Assistant**. **Join our team!** Objective: Support delivery, pickup, loading, and unloading of machinery, ensuring proper equipment handling, effective customer communication, and adherence to timelines and service standards. **REQUIREMENTS** · Gender: No preference · Punctuality · Age: 18–30 years old · Education: Completed secondary school; high school preferred · Customer service orientation · Physical fitness suitable for operational tasks, tool handling, and use of chains and tie-down straps · Organization and responsibility **EXPERIENCE** · Minimum 2 years’ experience operating cargo or transport vehicles, preferably in light and heavy machinery sectors · Experience operating **trucks with hydraulic ramps** · Basic operation of **aerial work platforms or light machinery** · Techniques for **safe rigging and securing of machinery** · Basic knowledge of **road safety and transportation logistics** · Familiarity with local and federal traffic regulations **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in **loading and unloading machinery** at warehouse and customer sites * Ensure **proper securing and fastening of equipment** during transit * Assist in **delivery and pickup of equipment** with customers * Maintain **basic communication with customers** to confirm deliveries, locations, and equipment receipt * Visually inspect machinery condition before and after each service * Assist in completing **delivery and pickup checklists** * Perform **washing and cleaning of transport units**, ensuring professional appearance * Maintain order and cleanliness of transport units * Assist drivers with maneuvers (e.g., hydraulic ramps, platforms, rigging, etc.) * Follow route instructions and scheduled timelines provided by logistics * Report incidents, damages, or anomalies related to equipment or service * Assist in general warehouse activities when no routes are scheduled **SCHEDULE** **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 am – 6:00 pm **Saturday:** 8:00 am – 1:00 pm **Overtime** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Work location: On-site employment
