Job Summary: We are seeking Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts through direct operational management in the field and achievement of recovery targets. Key Highlights: 1. Availability for fieldwork **IN-HOME COLLECTION AGENT – EXITUS CREDIT** At Exitus Credit, we are seeking Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts in the assigned area through direct operational management in the field and achievement of recovery targets. **Responsibilities:** * Recovery of overdue accounts through in-home collections * Management of overdue payments * Negotiation and closure of payment commitments * Locating and identifying delinquent customers * Monitoring and tracking of the assigned area **We Offer:** * Base salary of $10,000 NET monthly * Grocery vouchers amounting to 7% of salary * Commission plan based on achievement of targets (no cap) * Christmas bonus: 15 days’ salary * 12 vacation days * Vacation premium of 25% **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma (in progress or completed) * Experience in extrajudicial collections (personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc.) * Personal motorcycle * Valid driver’s license * Availability for frequent travel * Ability to handle pressure and rejection * Negotiation and follow-up skills * Results-oriented mindset and administrative control capability * Availability for fieldwork Are you interested?
