Job Summary: We are seeking Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts through direct field operational management and achievement of recovery targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recovery of overdue accounts through door-to-door collection 2. Negotiation and closure of payment commitments 3. Search and location of delinquent customers **DOOR-TO-DOOR COLLECTION AGENT – EXITUS CREDIT** At Exitus Credit, we are looking for Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts in the assigned area through direct field operational management and achievement of recovery targets. **Responsibilities** * + Recovery of overdue accounts through door-to-door collection + Management of overdue payments + Negotiation and closure of payment commitments + Search and location of delinquent customers + Control and monitoring of the assigned area **We Offer** * + Base salary of $10,000 NET per month + Food vouchers amounting to 7% of salary + Commission plan based on achievement of targets (uncapped) + Christmas bonus: 15 days’ salary + 12 vacation days + Vacation premium of 25% **Requirements** * + Minimum education: High school diploma (in progress or completed) + Experience in extrajudicial collection (personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc.) + Personal motorcycle + Valid driver’s license + Availability for frequent travel + Tolerance for pressure and rejection + Negotiation and follow-up skills + Results-oriented mindset and administrative control capability + Availability for field work Are you interested?
