We seek an organized, responsible individual with strong aptitude for tracking administrative and procurement processes. Responsibilities Request and track quotations. Prepare purchase orders. Maintain an updated supplier catalog. Monitor deliveries and committed delivery dates. Enter and manage invoices and related documentation. Support inventory and supplies control. Prepare administrative reports in Excel. Coordinate with warehouse and other internal departments. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, administration, or a similar role. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. Completed high school diploma or incomplete/complete bachelor’s degree. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
