Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the operationality and maintenance of the vehicle fleet, managing payments, insurance, documentation, and indicators, and handling accidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the operationality and maintenance of the vehicle fleet 2. Manage payments, insurance, and vehicle documentation 3. Handle accidents and report indicators Ensure the operationality of transportation units through control of payment of fees. Monitor maintenance service records and fuel consumption of the vehicle fleet. Manage vehicle fleet insurance (registration, cancellation, and payments). Documentation control Indicator reporting Accident handling Knowledge of automotive workshops and fleet maintenance. Leadership, negotiation, and budget control skills. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 4 years of experience Age: between 25 and 50 years Knowledge: Advisory capability, Coordination capability, Law, Documentation, Workplace climate management, Indicators, Maintenance, Reporting, Transportation, Customer service
