Job Summary: Diltex Brands is seeking a Technical Designer to create precise patterns, ensuring quality and fit across all sizes from concept development through garment production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create precise patterns to ensure quality and fit across all sizes. 2. Develop and analyze prototypes in compliance with technical requirements. 3. Conduct fit tests and release new developments. Diltex Brands is a proudly Mexican company that, for over 70 years, has been a leader in dressing Latin American women through fashion brands with strong national and international recognition; satisfying the needs of diverse women's lifestyles: Ilusión®, Vanity Fair® Curvation®, Fruit of the Loom®, Vassarette®, and Etam®. **Seeking talent for:** Technical Designer **Primary objective:** Create precise patterns for garment construction, ensuring quality and fit across all sizes, from concept development through internal manufacturing production. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or related field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of and experience with pattern-making software * Residence near Tizayuca ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Monitor assigned performance indicators to achieve established objectives. * Develop and analyze the prototype development process, meeting tech pack requirements. * Define the technical one-size-fits-all specification, including preliminary information and grading of patterns. * Conduct fit testing across all sizes to validate garment fit and proportion. * Release and approve new developments, including all required technical documentation. ***WE OFFER:*** * Gross monthly salary: $12,000 * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Preferential discounts * Savings fund * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Agreements with various companies * Biweekly payroll via Banamex Work location: Carr Mexico Pachuca km 50 lacal c, Zona Industrial, 43800 Tizayuca, Hgo.
