Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll processing, validation, and control, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with HR and Finance 2. Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines A logistics company with over 15 years in the market is currently seeking talent for a temporary Payroll Analyst position. **Responsibilities:** * Weekly/biweekly payroll processing and validation. * Management of payroll incidents, employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel movements. * Validation of calculations, taxes, and benefits. * Generation of reports and Excel-based analysis. * Coordination with HR and Finance to ensure accurate and timely payments. **Requirements:** * Experience managing payroll for \+2,000 employees. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience with at least one payroll system (SAP, Contpaq, NOMIPAQ, TRESS, Oracle, etc.). * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Service-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Food vouchers (10%) * Savings fund * Annual bonus * Profit-sharing (PTU) Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM If you are interested and meet the profile, please apply through this channel with your updated CV, and we will contact you.
