This role is based in Mexico City and is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week working onsite. We seek a professional who assumes full ownership of projects—not limited solely to assigned tasks—with a holistic (360°) perspective and strong motivation to actively drive improvements in project-related processes and teamwork. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting business requirements analysis and translating them into technical specifications for system integrations. * Participating in the implementation and testing of integrations between internal applications and external partner platforms. * Collaborating with technical and business teams to map processes and information flows across systems. * Executing functional and integration testing to ensure implemented solutions operate correctly. * Supporting technical and functional documentation of integrations, including data flows, APIs, and configurations. * Providing operational support for integrated applications and assisting in resolving integration-related incidents. * Documenting integration processes, including data mappings, workflows, and technical specifications. **What you need to have:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience participating in system integration, API, or web services projects within enterprise or mobile applications. * Prior experience with corporate system integrations, REST APIs, or SOAP services—and familiarity with technology implementation processes in enterprise environments—will be valued. * Experience in the insurance or financial services sector will be considered a differentiator. * Relevant coursework or knowledge in project management, Agile Scrum methodologies, or system integration will be advantageous. * Excel: Advanced (pivot tables and database functions); Visual Basic knowledge (desirable) * English: Conversational intermediate or advanced * Portuguese: Intermediate (plus) **Technical Skills:** * Advanced Excel proficiency—including database functions and pivot tables—for efficient organization and analysis of information. * Intermediate knowledge of web service integration (REST / SOAP). * Experience working with APIs, JSON, XML, and data exchange between systems. * Intermediate programming language skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar), with experience consuming REST APIs, handling JSON/XML, and developing automation scripts. * Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Azure services—including configuration, deployment, or support of solutions using Azure Automation and Power Apps. * Knowledge of protocols such as HTTP / HTTPS / SSO SAML 2.0 / FTP / SFTP. * Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, or others). * Basic knowledge of batch processes or data automation will be valued. **What sets you apart:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to collaborate across departments and contribute to joint problem-solving. * Ability to manage tasks, documentation, and testing in a structured and precise manner. * Interaction with cross-functional teams to map operational, product, and inter-system process requirements. **Why join our team:** * We help you bring your best self forward through professional development opportunities, meaningful work, and supportive leadership. * We foster a vibrant, inclusive culture where you can collaborate with talented colleagues to create innovative solutions and make a positive impact on peers, clients, and communities. * Our global scale enables us to offer a wide range of professional opportunities, along with benefits and rewards designed to enhance your well-being.
