Our core principle is based on the philosophy “People First”, delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career path. *Join Our Team!* **Experience Required:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control within the food or dairy beverage industry. * Laboratory work in microbiology and/or physicochemical analysis. * Participation in internal and external audits (BRC, HACCP, GMP, or other food safety schemes). **Technical Knowledge:** * Food safety and quality regulations (HACCP, GMP, KORE or equivalents). * Microbiological techniques and physicochemical analyses applied to dairy products. * Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems for laboratory records and traceability. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of non-conformance management and CAPA. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure monitoring and control of line operator processes (Operational Discipline Audits). * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), establishing standards for organization and cleanliness, and promoting adherence to master plans. * Ensure implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC). * Support work teams in resolving issues arising from any deviations by applying root cause analysis methodology.
