Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Pardot, or equivalent). Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing multichannel automation and nurturing workflows. In-depth knowledge of database management, cleansing, and enrichment. Skills Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, Power Query). CRM Salesforce and automated workflow management. Knowledge of lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation. Familiarity with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio). Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Experience using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper) for message personalization.
