The Billing Specialist will be responsible for contributing to the satisfaction of internal and external customers through billing. **Grow with us\- Your Responsibilities \& Tasks:** * Generate invoices to customers or intercompany invoices in the system, from different sources of request: warehouse, technical service and administration and finance and customer support * Send invoices to customers via email * Generate re\-invoicing in the system upon request * Follow up on information needed in the system for proof of delivery of materials * Generate information and KPIs of the invoicing process * Generate invoices of down payments to customers * Prepare documentation for the delivery of materials **What will convince us\- Qualification \& Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or related career. * 1 to 2 years' experience in similar positions, preferably in multinational companies. * Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations on electronic invoicing (CFDI). * Management of ERP systems (SAP preferably). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). * Effective communication skills and customer orientation. * Desirable: Knowledge of the English language (Intermediate level). **What we offer:** * Medical Insurance * Life Insurance * Social Security * Learning Opportunities * Additional benefits by Law
