




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources professional with experience in personnel selection, administration of psychometric tests, and administrative management of the HR function. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in personnel selection and psychometric testing. 2. Comprehensive management of personnel files and employment contracts. 3. Key administrative support in the Human Resources department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Personnel selection (interviews). * Administration and interpretation of psychometric and projective tests. * Coordination of anti-doping tests. * Preparation of employment contracts. * Compilation and control of personnel files. * Daily reporting of new hires. * General administrative support to the Human Resources department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to handle confidential information.
