YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS * Bachelor's degree ideally in engineering, computer science or applied math; master's or other advanced degree preferred * Professional industry experience gained from high\-tech, automotive, advanced electronics companies or industrial robot manufacturers * Hands\-on experience on automation and robotics key technology application * Experience in line level design required, factory level and layout design experience is a plus * Expertise in lean and demonstrated implementation evidence * Industry 4\.0 experience and IoT platform knowledge * Proven track record and expertise in defining and implementing automation across all stages of the value chain (Industry 4\.0/IoT) * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting * Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Spanish * Comfortable with extensive travel
