Job Summary: Transportes MexAmerik is seeking a Settlement Analyst to manage and execute the account settlement process, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams. Key Highlights: 1. Join us as a **Settlement Analyst** and become part of the **MexAmerik** experience. **Location:** Teoloyucan. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience. **Schedule:** Shifts from 07:00 to 16:30 hrs, 08:30 to 18:00 hrs, and Saturday on-call shifts of 5 hours, Monday through Friday. **Responsibilities:** Prepare settlements for drivers. Make deposits to drivers as required for service execution and/or payroll. Verify the feasibility of paying driver **lodging allowances**, and enter them into the system. Collaborate with various internal teams to collect and validate necessary settlement information, including service details, rates, and other related items. Consolidate settlements. Manage and execute the account and transaction settlement process, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Review and analyze documents and records to ensure settlement accuracy and consistency. Identify and resolve settlement-related discrepancies and issues, coordinating with relevant teams for resolution. Collaborate with the Internal Control team to implement improvements in settlement processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
