Job Responsibilities: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER Job Requirements: Minimum Education: Engineering degree. Experience: Minimum of 6 months performing the duties described herein. Knowledge: Live near Tula CCTV configuration; knowledge of remote connections (VPN) Switch configuration Configuration of wireless links (not internet modems, but point-to-point links over 3 km using dedicated link equipment) IP camera configuration Work at heights Ticketing system handling and control Valid driver's license Working Conditions: Location: Tula Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract Gross Monthly Salary: $18,000 MXN Estimated Start Date: Immediate What We Offer: Stability within a nationally recognized industry-leading company.
