**Job Description Summary** =========================== Maintains and promotes a safe work culture and environment among colleagues and other personnel in the PPE sterilization processing plant, when preparing, conditioning, placing, sampling, and delivering process challenge devices (PCD) and sterile product samples required to challenge the Ethylene Oxide sterilization process at the PPE plant and with the service provider; likewise, support activities related to validations and/or sterilization projects from other areas, including but not limited to: Quality, R\&D, Quality Engineering, etc.**Job Description** =================== * *Foster a safe environment by complying with applicable safety measures, standards, procedures, and safeguards in daily activities within BD facilities, to achieve a workplace free of unsafe conditions and actions, aligned with company values.* * *Prepare and condition process challenge devices (PCD) using appropriate materials, instruments, and equipment for the process, in order to use them as challenges for the Ethylene Oxide sterilization process.* * *Place process challenge devices (PCD) and sterile product samples, distributing them evenly throughout the product load to be sent for Ethylene Oxide sterilization.* * *Sample process challenge devices (PCD) and sterile product samples by retrieving them from processed loads for subsequent delivery to customer laboratories.* * *Support validation activities and/or sterilization projects by reconditioning dummies, and preparing, conditioning, placing, sampling, and delivering process challenge devices (PCD) and sterile product samples from areas such as R\&D and Quality Engineering, among others, to ensure compliance with current Good Validation Practices.* * *Manage material resources, communication equipment, operational equipment, personal protective equipment, communication media, portable monitors, access keys (without limiting to the above) in the Sterilization Process Plant areas through their proper use.* * *Actively participate in assigned projects impacting continuous improvement, safety, and hygiene initiatives to achieve area objectives by complying with procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).* * *Participate in investigations of events related to safety and product quality, and provide support in tasks arising from these investigations, including but not limited to documentation of quality notifications, procedure updates, execution of validation protocols, trainings, etc.* * *Provide support across various areas of the Sterilization Process Plant.* Required Skills Optional Skills . **Primary Work Location** ========================= MEX Cuautitlan Izcalli**Additional Locations** ======================== **Work Shift** ==============
