If you are passionate about logistics, operational analysis, and optimizing routes in complex environments such as CDMX… this challenge is for you. We seek someone who **can manually plan routes, make decisions under pressure, and optimize in real field conditions**. **The Challenge** You will plan routes for an operation with: * \+300 daily delivery guides / \+500 pallets * Owned fleet (\+60 units: rabones, thortons, vans) * Deliveries in CDMX and the metropolitan area (real traffic, not simulation). Your objective: **Maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure on-time deliveries EVERY SINGLE DAY.** ⚙ **What You’ll Actually Do** * Design manual routes considering traffic, zones, and time windows. * Assign cargo based on capacity and vehicle type. * Reconfigure routes in real time (incidents, rejections, saturation). * Balance operations to avoid overloads. * Make rapid decisions with direct impact on service. * Be measured against real KPIs: OTD, cost per delivery, route efficiency. * **The Profile That Works Here** * You have prior experience in last-mile operations in CDMX (non-negotiable). * You can plan routes without relying entirely on dynamic software. * You are analytical and quick at decision-making. * You are comfortable with daily operational pressure. * You are proficient in Excel (advanced, not basic). * You hold a completed degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. **This Is Not For You If:** * You have only worked with automated routing. * You are unfamiliar with actual CDMX operations. * You struggle to make decisions under pressure. * You are seeking a 100% administrative role.
