Our core pillar is based on the philosophy “People First,” delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage with their professional career path. *Join our Team!* **Experience:** * 1–3 years in transportation and distribution scheduling, finished goods or raw material warehousing, or process administration. * Experience meeting service targets and managing performance indicators related to service and satisfaction. **Technical Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel skills (tables, filters, basic formulas) and appointment management tools. * Intermediate knowledge of SAP systems. * Written and verbal communication skills for telephone and email support. * Understanding of service KPIs: response time, appointment fulfillment rate, and user satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Design and ensure scheduling of finished product transportation; deliver and communicate this schedule to all relevant supply chain processes. * Analyze, plan, and schedule daily orders generated in SAP efficiently and cost-effectively to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, considering factors such as dates, deadlines, and available resources. * Coordinate changes, cancellations, and rescheduling, ensuring immediate system updates. * Meet and guarantee customer needs for goods and services through operational excellence, continuous innovation, and quality at every stage of the transportation scheduling process. * Collaborate with operational departments to align resource availability and resolve scheduling conflicts. **Competencies:** * Service orientation and focus on user experience. * Organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Problem-solving, empathy, and ability to manage high-pressure situations. **Education:** Logistics and Transportation Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration / Business Management. * **Our Value Proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Opportunities for growth, continuous training, and a people-focused work environment.* Jugos Del Valle‑Santa Clara promotes equal opportunity; interested individuals will be considered without distinction and with respect for diversity.
