We are seeking: **Control Desk Manager (Customer Service)** Functions and responsibilities: * Provide 100% detailed attention and follow-up to our internal customers. * Negotiate and manage commercial agreements. * Supervise activities of the team in charge (7 executives). * Coordinate and supervise control desk operations at the plant. * Timely communicate to customers any incidents related to their products occurring during warehouse operations. * Identify and report to the plant manager any non-compliance with Frialsa's operational procedures and standards. * Identify and report to the plant manager any deviations regarding the proper inventory controls application. * Collaborate in training and development activities for coworkers and team members. * Assist in warehouse inventory counts whenever required.
