




At **NORMEX**, we are looking to add to our team a professional with experience in payroll and administrative personnel management, with a human-centered approach and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality service. **What will you do in this role?** * Prepare payroll accurately and on time using **CONTPAQi**. * Manage employee-related transactions with **SUA, IDSE, SIPARE**, and follow up on processes with **FONACOT**. * Administer employment contracts, personnel files, hires, terminations, and employee record modifications. * Track vacations, leaves of absence, medical leaves, and incident reporting. * Address employee inquiries related to administrative matters. * Participate in the management of benefits, agreements, and employee wellness programs. * Prepare information and reports for internal departments. **What we require from you** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. * 2–4 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration. * Knowledge of labor calculations and social security regulations. * Proficient use of Excel and payroll systems. * Discretion, attention to detail, and service orientation.
