




**Company Description:** At AMEDIRH, we share TALENT aligned with individuals’ knowledge, experience, and competencies, enhancing the cultural value of our partners through behaviors and attitudes that distinguish them in the labor market. **Job Responsibilities:** An Amedirh partner company is seeking a “Functional Support Analyst” * REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies, Project Management, or Tourism. * Experience as a Travel Consultant and in using technological tools within the tourism industry. * Proficiency in reservation systems, especially native Sabre (knowledge of GEA, Galileo, and/or Amadeus is desirable). * Familiarity with Middle Office and experience managing OBTs such as ARGO, CONCUR, and GetThere. * Experience providing first-level support for applications or functionalities operating stably. * Proficiency in planning and design tools and ITIL methodologies; experience using Service Desk platforms. * Experience with customer service-oriented tools and administrative management tools. ACTIVITIES * Provide first-level support for implemented applications or functionalities that have achieved operational stability. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, or Tourism.
