Stability and professional development We are seeking a **Payroll Manager** with experience leading high-volume payroll processes, focused on operational control, customer service, and continuous improvement. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field * **Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and social security** * Experience managing payroll for HC of 3**00 employees** * Proficiency in **ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SUA, IDSE, REPSE, ICSOE, and SISUB** * Experience calculating severance payments, settlements, and electronic invoicing (timbrado) * Knowledge of weekly, biweekly, fortnightly, and mixed payroll schedules **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate payroll processing for multiple clients * Validate attendance records, taxes, payments, and adherence to payroll cutoff dates * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments in IDSE * File statutory obligations (ICSOE, SISUB, Occupational Risk Premium) * Oversee electronic invoicing (timbrado), annual tax calculations, severance payments, and settlements * Monitor billing and provide customer support * Implement internal improvements and controls **We Offer** * **Net monthly salary** * **Statutory benefits** * Additional benefits * Stability and professional development If you have experience leading payroll processes and seek a strategic role with operational impact, apply through this channel and join our team.
