Job Summary: Softtek is seeking a Java Developer to handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and fix bugs and integration issues. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking talent such as: Java Developer (Hybrid mode in CDMX) Profile: Strong programming skills in Java SE / Java EE Experience with Spring / Spring Boot Proficiency in: REST APIs Exception handling and performance optimization Intermediate-to-advanced SQL Log analysis (ELK, Splunk, plain logs) Version control (Git) Knowledge of: Application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic) Basic DevOps / CI\-CD principles (desirable) Responsibilities: Level 2 and Level 3 incident handling Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Resolution of: Code bugs Performance issues Integration errors Development of fixes and corrective patches Execution and validation of changes across different environments Production support (on\-call if service requires) We offer: Indefinite-term employment contract.
