**ETN IS SEEKING:** **COLLABORATION PROCESS ANALYST** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Economics/Administration or Engineering (STUDENT OR GRADUATE) * 2 years of experience in collaboration systems, including processes, workflows, basic programming (logical operations, branching, convergence, etc.), process flow diagramming, and documentation of guidelines. * Knowledge of collaboration systems, preferably Workflow; intermediate-level Office skills; diagramming tools. **Responsibilities:** * Address user requirements and enhancements to the Collaboration System to streamline and control operations. * Provide solutions to users’ collaboration needs by configuring events and designing process flows. * Conduct comprehensive testing with all process participants using appropriate methodology, ensuring users visualize their tasks within the timeframes and sequence defined in the collaboration system. **We Offer:** * Salary: $19,087.20 gross per month * Immediate and direct employment with the company * Statutory benefits from day one * Travel allowances
