Join us and "Estafétalo"! Location (Cuauhtémoc, 10 minutes from Patriotismo Metro Station) **TRAINING ANALYST** **Position Objective** Plan, design, and coordinate nationwide technical, administrative, operational, and developmental training and instruction programs by applying needs-assessment surveys and project-specific requirements, thereby complying with labor regulations regarding training and instruction, as well as ensuring personnel possess the necessary knowledge and skills for effective job performance. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Education, Administration, or related field. * Experience: 2–5+ years in training, organizational development, or e-learning.
