Today, we face our biggest challenge yet: **17,002 new homes** across 8 residential developments. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** ✔ Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree (intern or graduate) ✔ 1–3 years of experience in construction quality supervision ✔ Knowledge of residential construction processes (experience in INFONAVIT projects preferred) ✔ Proficiency in Excel and ideally in a construction ERP system ✔ Availability for on-site work at residential developments in the Laguna Region ✔ Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented attitude ***FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Supervise and verify on-site construction quality (foundations, structure, masonry, installations, finishes). * Apply and document stage-specific quality checklists. * Identify and report non-conformities, tracking them to correction and closure. * Verify that materials used on-site comply with the project’s technical specifications. * Coordinate with Site Managers and subcontractors to ensure timely correction of observations. * Prepare weekly quality reports and register them in the **Enkontrol** system. * Participate in home deliveries, ensuring each unit meets standards before handover to the client. * Support internal process audits and continuous improvement initiatives. ***WE OFFER:*** * Opportunity to join one of the most significant housing projects in Coahuila * A real professional growth and development plan * Competitive salary aligned with the Laguna Region market * Statutory benefits * A stable company with 17 years of history and active expansion * A professional work environment grounded in strong values ***SEND YOUR CV OR GET MORE INFORMATION VIA WHATSAPP.*** ***! 87 13 58 41 33!*** Salary: Up to $25,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
