Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, hiring, and employee separations, as well as safety and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on recruitment and selection **HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR** * Company located in Gomez Palacio; no transportation issues; working hours Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field. * Recruitment and selection of personnel, onboarding, contracts, personnel files, hiring and separation processes, severance payments, and payroll settlements. * Knowledge of safety and hygiene. * Base salary: $3,500–$4,500 per week (pre-tax), plus statutory benefits and food vouchers.
