




Job Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive administration of payroll and personnel, including calculations, incident management, legal compliance, and employee support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll and personnel administration 2. Incident management and legal compliance 3. Employee support and resolution of inquiries * **Payroll Processing:** Calculate earnings and deductions weekly or biweekly, process payments. * **Incident Management:** Receive and validate personnel incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities). * **Legal and Tax Compliance:** Calculate and withhold taxes, employer-employee contributions. * **Termination Settlements and Liquidations:** Calculate and process payments for termination of employment relationships. * **Personnel Administration:** Update system records for new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments. * **CFDI Issuance:** Generate, stamp, and send electronic payroll receipts (CFDI) to employees. * **Employee Support:** Resolve inquiries regarding salaries, food vouchers, and benefits.
