**Job Objective** Ensure the proper issuance, control, and tracking of invoices related to vehicle sales, parts, services, and other agency operations, guaranteeing compliance with the company's established tax and administrative requirements. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and issue invoices for new vehicles, used vehicles, parts, and services. * Validate the documentation required for accurate invoicing of transactions. * Review tax data and payment methods prior to issuing receipts. * Perform cancellations, substitutions, and reissuances when necessary. * Follow up on customer requests related to billing. * Control and archive files and administrative documentation. * Support reconciliations and administrative controls within the department. * Maintain updated records in the internal system. * Coordinate with Sales, Administration, Cashier, and Accounting departments to ensure proper documentation of transactions. * Comply with current tax and administrative guidelines. Requirements * Education: Technical degree, incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, administration, or similar positions. * Knowledge of electronic invoicing (CFDI). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Experience in automotive dealerships or service companies is desirable. * Ability to operate administrative systems and ERP software.
