Join us and become part of our great Wellness family! **MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (GENERAL MAINTENANCE)** **SPORTS WORLD TORREÓN** **Education:** Minimum technical high school diploma in Electricity, Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related field; or incomplete engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related). **Experience:** Minimum 2 years **(verifiable with employment certificates)** in a supervisory or coordination role within maintenance departments, preferably in hotels and/or gyms. **Responsibilities:** Ensure proper operation of club equipment (control panels, boilers, hydro-pneumatic systems, saunas, emergency power plants, air conditioning units, substations, carpentry, and drywall) through preventive and corrective maintenance. Guarantee compliance with operational and maintenance standards for equipment and facilities, as outlined in institutional and supplier manuals. Procure spare parts, materials, and supplies.
