You will be responsible for supervising the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring adherence to service standards, coordinating operational staff, and guaranteeing an exceptional experience for our guests. Main Responsibilities \* Supervise store opening, operations, and closing. \* Lead and coordinate kitchen, bar, and floor teams. \* Ensure compliance with service and quality standards. \* Handle operational incidents and customer service. \* Supervise cash register closings and cash handling. \* Monitor sales and productivity metrics. \* Manage inventory and assist with ordering. \* Enforce internal policies and operational discipline. \* Train and follow up with staff. Requirements \* Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within restaurants, bars, or franchises. \* Availability for rotating schedules. \* Leadership and personnel management skills. \* Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving ability. \* Organizational skills and results orientation. \* Basic knowledge of inventory and cash handling. \* Preference for experience in fast-casual or casual dining. Schedules Rotating shifts: \* Opening shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM \* Closing shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM \* One weekday day off.
